How do we determine pricing for our services?

Our monthly plans are flat fees. Bookkeeping starts at $300 a month and Bookkeeping + Insights at $450. Our two advisory packages, Growth Advisor and Fractional CFO, start at $1,300 and $2,500 a month. Larger organizations are priced above those starting points. You'll get a clear written quote after your free consultation, with no hidden fees.

Established in 2021, Count the Cost Accounting is a small, family-run firm serving nonprofits, churches and small businesses. Aaron Pearlman, a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with an MBA in Finance and 10+ years of finance and accounting experience, handles fractional CFO work, bookkeeping, payroll and tax preparation. His wife, Jessica, manages client communication and marketing and is working toward her bookkeeping certification. We take crucial back-office tasks and deadlines off your plate so you can focus on the growth and success of your organization.
